My complaint:
Have been on my phone literally calling my daughter and straight talktracfone says please hold for a very important message. Also called daughter last night February 6 2022 and they said I had no more data and wouldn’t call my daughter, they literally told me I had no service and I just bought unlimited phone and data?!! Got straight talk to reboot and phone working again. This is a VERY serious problem being I’m disabled and they are interrupting calls!!!
Suggested solution:
Stop interrupting calls and service just because people have 4g phones!!!!!
