My complaint:
Changed phone carrier on 10-15-21 and billed on 11-01-21 for next month. Notified them service cancelled on 10-15-21 at the TMobile store in Collumbus, Ga Old number retained.. Filed unauthorized charge with credit card company Cap One. They refunded money. Straight Talk rebuked charges as no cancellation received and credit card co refunded the money to them Plans initiated to write rebuttal through credit card co. In checking today realized old phone with Striaght talk still active. Two phones one number and two carriers.
Suggested solution:
Refund money charged on 11-01-21 and stop service immediatesly as requested on 10-15-21. No more service and no more billing. Wront to take advantage of 75 year old man.
