My complaint:
Got iphone se and they been trying to activate it for 5 days now and can’t transfer my number, been without business phone for 5 days now and customers cant reach me. Been customer for over 6 years. No help from customer service. Over 7h waited on phone calls and no result. Total joke! Did file complaint with BBB as well.
Suggested solution:
Send me new iphone with my old phone number and activated and reimburse me for my lost 5 days off business and my time waisted talking with customers service
