My complaint:
I was told my home service receiver box was out dated,told I had to order new one,I did it,they said it take 3 to 5 days business days to get it,going on 2 weeks now,I call them and they just gave me a excuse,I’m disabled,I need my home phone service been with u for 7 years,customer service not doing there job .My number is 352 672 5908
Suggested solution:
Send my receiver box for home telephone service .call twice,I give up on them
