My complaint:
I bought a new Straight talk at Walmart on 09212022 and the phone messed up so I call the warranty with Square trade and they told me it was still under warranty with Straight talk. So I call Straight talk and they sent me a return label I sent it back 11282022 and it was Delivered on 12012022 to LA VERGNE TN, And received By TILLERO and left at the Receiver.I have the PROOF OF DELIVERY from UPS also I have the Drop-off package receipt from UPS Store.The tracking Number from UPS is 1Z6980XX9033106473. I have dealt with Customer Service for now over a Month with no luck about my replacement.
Suggested solution:
Sent me my Replacement like they were supposed to
the same with me goin through the samething as we speak been a whole month now they said they sent ups a email about them not receiving it smh
