My complaint:
Straight talk merged with verizon without notice, they forced me to change sim cards which I had att straight talk and had amazing service had signal every where ,then they sent me a new sim card (verizon) and said my old one won’t work and that I must swap them out so I did and ever since then my service sucks ,fades in and out get network errors and dropped calls and very slow data cant send or recieve picture messages . I’ve called them 10 times in a week and they all have me do the same thing the previous person did without fixing the issues at hand. I use my phone and service for work and schooling which is effecting both I want something done about this issue . I’ve been a customer for 10 years
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem at hand , new device ,sim whatever it takes
I know this is a waste of time since Straight won’t see it but I’ll tell my story anyway. We have had Straight Talk for almost 8 years and for 7 of those years it was great. Then we had to buy a new box because they were changing things and out of the last two months, the phone has worked 3 days in a row, then it quits.
