My complaint:
They were porting a number for me. It didn’t go through and they also took my old number so now my phone has no number on it and they are saying the old number isn’t even in their system. It’s impossible to get help on the phone. They keep hanging up on me. Lousy Customer Service. If my phone wasn’t locked with Straight Talk, I’d go somewhere else! Did you know Verizon offers a better deal that Straight Talk!!
Suggested solution:
I want my ported number put on my phone.
