My complaint:

I have been three weeks trying to activate my dads phone with this company. He bought new nokia flip phone and transferred service from verizon. I have been on line hours with numerous people each one blaming the previous even been to porting which they say porting is comlete. But still no connection cant make or receive nothing. This is his business phone and he is upset.. He has lost business do to this. I have 4 other accounts for 15 years with straight talk and my mom has two and we have never had a complaint . But this is rediculous when ask to speak to management I get told there is no higher than I am talking to .If you would like the number I ould gladly give it so someone could please help me.
