My complaint:

I talked with J on phone for over an hour trying to cancel phone, because phone has been dead for week, til I could get a new phone. She asked me all sorts of info about CC s and bank s. None of STs business. just TERRIBLE service…NO HELP AT ALL. Will go to bank and cancel payment and change phone companies. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE …first time in YEARS.

Suggested solution:

get someone on phone who can explain to me what ST wants, to just cancell my phone, til I get another phone. The worst customer service ever had. and, to think I have always told people how good ST was.
