My complaint:
I have been a straight talk user for many many years and have recruited several people to switch to them. I finally decided to buy a new phone and went to Walmart to get one, it was a Motorola phone with 32 gb, the guy rang me up, got my phone working and I left the store. I decided to go back and get the other phone with more memory, THE NEXT DAY. I returned it and got my new phone. I could not get it to start up so my BF called and they said the phone was deactivated. I had just paid my auto refill on the 12 and i was made to purchase another plan with a new phone number. I sent out text messages to my family, job and friends stating this is my new number, Rhonda. Later on that night I tried to message my granddaughter but it would not send. My son tried to call the next day and my phone was deactivated AGAIN. i did not receive any notification of the deactivation or the reason until the next day when they told my BF and son that my account was deactivated because of the mass text i sent out. They would not refund my money. I know that if anyone gets a new phone number, unless they have no friends, sends individual text messages to EVERYONE. I i spent approximately $350.00 on this phone and two service plans. Both my son and BF were hung up on by straight talk. I received a customer survey questionnaire, i marked all zeros, they asked what happened and after i wrote all of this out it just kept sending. I responded by saying, its awful funny all of the messages went through except for the one telling you what happened. They said do you want a rep to call you. I was done.
Suggested solution:
I simply want my money back for both service plans, since i did not even get to use them. i would rate them negative 5 stars.
