Straight Talk complaint: Taking in and giving out wrong information and then hanging up constantly when I try to resolve the problem with them

My complaint:

Straight Talk informed me that I needed a phone that was compatible with the new 4g or 5g network change. They said that they were going to send me the phone in 3 to 5 business days. I gave them my information and after waiting for over 2 weeks I tried to call them to find out why the phone hadn’t arrived.

The 1st time I tried to call, their supervisor said that the warehouse takes care of that. The supervisor transfered me to the warehouse where they took my information and after a while came back and said that it was sent to the wrong address. They asked me for my address information again, I gave it to them and asked them to repeat it back to me so that I can make sure they got it right this time. They said that it was against company policy for them to repeat it back to me then I just got hung up on.

I called back a second time a few minutes after being hung up on, to try and get this problem straightened out. I had to go through the whole process again of going through the phone s, giving my information to them, and being transferred to the warehouse and going through the same process with them again, afterward they just hung up on me again.

I called them again a few minutes later but this time instead of them transferring me to the warehouse the supervisor hung up on me. I tried again to get the problem figured out and solved but the supervisor hung up on me again.

I tried this one last time but for some reason, my phone service wouldn’t work. I suspect my home phone service was disabled by them.
What in the world kind of customer service is this?
They are unprofessional and they definitely don’t know what the F!@K they are doing.

Suggested solution:

Restore my phone service,
send the phone that they said they were going to send to me, to the right address,
stop lying to me,
stop hanging up on me when I'm trying to get things done and most of all:
((Learn to speak English)), or transfer me over to someone who speaks and understands English.
