My complaint:
I had called straight talk and been on the phone on seven or eight different occasions all of them at least 30 minutes some of them up to an hour resume this problem to him been on hold and to no avail problem has not been fixed
Suggested solution:
Gators problem is created that I suffer from or disaffected me in a negative way was not on any of my doing I didn't cause the problem yet I'm affected by it I should not have to be on the phone with these people for hours at a time for something that's not going to get fixed you know if I should tell these people with my problem is and they acknowledged the problem actually filed a ticket to get it fixed and still didn't get fixed and they told me he's going to be fixed within 24 hours is it to get fixed and they sounded told me to be fixed within 2 hours didn't get fixed other time he told me they had it fixed as we speaking and it's still not fixed
