My complaint:

I was on hold for exactly for 2 hrs, 14 mins and 46 secs before I was hung up on. I started the call at 4:23 PM. I wanted to know how to TRANSFER the number from my dead phone to the working business phone. Somehow, I think I got a new number, NOT transferred. This is why I was trying to speak w a HUMAN!! BOTH phones are Straight Talk plans. I’m angry, because I called right back, got an automated voice which tried to give me something I didn’t want. Called back again and got hung up on again. Called AGAIN!! Got hung up on. To top that, I probably can’t receive calls, because the new number IS NOT known to anyone! Something needs to be done so that customers can be served effectively wo having to wait over 2 hours or be hung up on!

Suggested solution:

You need more people manning the calls, better technology and show your staff how to use it. I understand things get hectic, but when I'm told my call will be taken in 7 to 10 mins and I'm on for 2 hours, 14 mins and 46 secs. something is terribly wrong! You need people who can deal w the public and not hang up when they don't feel like taking a call. Maybe more seminars in how to treat the customers who are keeping the company afloat. If Im not mistaken, calls are to be taken until 11 PM and they started disconnecting before 7 PM!! I'm livid! If it's possible to give no stars, I would.
