My complaint:
I paid my bill with Straight talk on December 25, 2022 for 63.15. On January 3, 2023 my phone went into SOS mode. I have contacted them over 18 times and have gotten hung up on every time with no resolve. All of the agents were able to pull up my account except for the last agent I spoke with on January 7, her name was Sarai. She claimed that she couldn’t find my account, nor my phone number, nor my IMEI, which was weird. Then they locked me out of the account. I was using the number at first and now it is not working. I just want my refund back. I even asked to speak with supervisors but everyone hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional. I hate Straight talk. I want my refund.
