My complaint:
Spoke to several reps, said the router was now Obsolete had to upgrade they’d send me the replacement. It’s been nearly a year no replacement. So I purchased one from Walmart. Now ST reps act like they don’t know what I’m talking about
Suggested solution:
Fix my damn phone and router and refund my years worth of service that I never got plus the money for the router I had to personally buy since they won't send the one they promised in December.
