Straight Talk complaint: NO SERVICE AFTER PURCHASING PHONE AND PLAN

My complaint:

I Bought a Straight Talk wireless phone and purchased the $45 unlimited plan. It worked for 1 day and then I couldn’t make or receive calls, nor text messages. I reached out to Straight talk to trouble shoot the issue and they couldn’t figure out nor resolve the problem so I was told the phone was most likely defective and to return it to Walmart and get a different device and that they would transfer plan that I purchased and phone number to the new device. I got the new device reached back out to Straight talk trying to get service on the new device and over a period of 3 days No one seemed to be able to put service on my phone and they refused to Compensate me for the plan that I purchased but was unable to use. I’m now stuck with this new phone and out of $45 of my hard earned money.

Suggested solution:

By either getting me the service that I paid for plus a free month for the stress and countless hours waisted calling them and waiting on phone for hours for them fix problem and then being hung up on numerous times or For them to reimburse me for the cost of the useless device and the Service plan that I paid for but couldn't use.
