My complaint:
When I could get no help to fix phone, which by the way they send me and it never worked, and when I callled for help they kept disconnecting me. I decided to go to Boost Mobile and wanted to keep my phone number,they will not release my number. I have tried and Boost has been trying since Saturday and they either hang up on them or they tell them that it will take 24 hours but that has been since 42.
Suggested solution:
Simple. release my phone number
