My complaint:
I have been denied access to my account for 2 years. I feel Straight Talk has kept cheating my account: I paid for double minutes for life, my minutes seem to mysteriously disappear, etc. I decided my only option was to change carriers when they would not help. They have refused to transfer my number. Failing that, I tried to get a new number but they now will not deactivate my phone so the other carrier can activate it.
Suggested solution:
Try should immediately release my number and consider compensation for the year plus service for which I have paid.
