My complaint:
For MONTHS this has been an issue. Finally in July I thought it was resolved. I purchased the 65$ plan for the Hotspot with unlimited data. When refill time came in August, the website said do you want to refill your plan? Why yes I do! And with my lifeline discount I paid 53 something. And ran out of data in a week. I chatted with first one then the next and purchased 2GB here and there etc over the month. Then on the 28th I chatted AGAIN with an agent who, AFTER I explained for the umpteenth time, told me that for $29.73 he would get me the unlimited plan and my service end date would be 9/27. So, I did! Today is 9/6, I am out of data, again, and being told AGAIN, that I do NOT have the $65 unlimited Hotspot data plan, but for another $32 I can get one!!! Im a senior on a fixed income….there is not $32.
Suggested solution:
They should honor the word of their agent to whom I paid $29.73 on 8/28!!
