My complaint:

Subject: Urgent: Service Disconnection and Incorrect SmartPay Flag

Hello Straight Talk Executive Resolution Team,

My name is Sana Asfour, and my Straight Talk phone number is 617-485-8443. I have been a loyal Straight Talk customer and recently experienced a serious issue with my service.

I purchased my prepaid plan using a Walmart card, with service expected to run through November 22.

I originally used a Samsung phone purchased from Walmart, but experienced issues with texting (messages switching from SMS to CRS and failures to send/receive).

To resolve the issue, I purchased a new iPhone from Walmart, and at the direction of your tech support, my plan was transferred to the iPhone.

After the transfer, my service was terminated early (November 3), and tech support informed me I was “not allowed to use the devices or the plan” and directed me to contact SmartPay — despite the fact that I have never used SmartPay.

Both devices are brand new, and I have receipts for all purchases.

It appears that the iPhone’s IMEI was incorrectly flagged as a SmartPay device, which caused this disruption. I request that Straight Talk:

Restore my prepaid service immediately until November 22.

Remove any SmartPay restriction or flag associated with my IMEI.

Allow me to continue service on my current device or transfer to a new device without losing my paid service time.

I can provide receipts, IMEIs, or any documentation required. I ask for your urgent attention to this matter as I rely on this service.

i want my service plan back or refunded i bought plan for full month from walmart ,i bought two phones samsung and iphone where i ended flaged like that how much suffer should i go through my data says i have one giga left,i spent the rest on the phone waiting on tech support
