My complaint:
so they put a restriction on my phone and they said becuase i stayed on the phone for three hours,
where i didnt speak with any one but with straight talk and it was less than three hours
and it suppose to be unlimitted talk or text and i belive what they say is a lie and yet they dont have direct line to the department that move the restriction off my device so i have to wait four times to be transfered got disconnected twice and manage to speak with them twice both were female and one did the work and the other one said if it second call she cant do any work
soo i paid for my plan i dont mind to return my devices but the plan cost me 40 dollar and it will expire on 11/22 and i got disconnected on 11/3 and its fraud buy straight talk and yet tell me go buy another one all as another guy told me it reported fraud
so i demand refund

i bought samsung 99$ straight talk and service plan 40 dollar and the text app acts funny asked tech support to fix it they couldnt ,so i bought iphone and had their tech support transfer the plan yet there was issues with incoming and outgoing issues but not as bad as it was with samsung ,next the phone line completely got disconnected and and yet she reported as fraud and the other lady says its becuase i stayed on the phone for three hours it never happened not becuase one of them reported fraud ,but she said i cant use the devices or the plan which means fraud i have the recipt and the cridit card and all new i bought from walmart i demand better customer service and full refund for service plan and i want my phones to be reactivated straight talk is the fraud not me
