My complaint:
I went to this store for the first time this week because I had heard it was all new and re- organized.. Yes it is all new and clean but the shelves are poorly stocked. I was unable to get 14 items on my shopping list. Items like, coffee mate, seeded rye bread ,lite and fit yogurt, Doritos, zucchini, center cut bacon,Bob Evans mashed potatoes to name a few. It seems to be mostly “on sale” items that are not stocked..I tried to engage an employee with questions, but I was quickly dismissed being told I was blocking the isle.on my way out I asked an employee for the managers name, she said she couldn’t pronounce it!,,,I was a customer of your Kingsland ave store , but they have all the same problems on top of being dirty.. They have freezers broken for weeks , with wet smelly towels lining the floor..I also hate your robot that wonders your stores , is he the reason why the prices are so high?What does he cost? I shop for three households spending $375.00 PER WEEK or more in your stores..I am currently looking at other places to shop..
Suggested solution:
If your managers can’t see that the store isn’t stocked, they shouldn’t be managers. If you can’t hire friendly people you need to get new H.R. practices..It seems that stop and shop is more interested in selling what you want to sell, not what customers want to buy..
