My complaint:
A cashier made the mistake of adding 2 orders I had separated into the same receipt. I swiped my card twice and told him I swiped twice and it came all into one receipt. I asked if he can he fixed it and he told me just to go to customer service, that he can’t anything about it. Couldn’t ask for a manager or anything. I know people make mistakes sometimes but the audacity to not even try to resolve the situation he waived it off. This speaks volumes on stop and shop standards in the marketplace and this location in specific. I truly understand they don’t care about there customers. I’ll try the Big Y from now on. Horrible service.
