My complaint:
This Charles St. stop n shop didn’t used to be a hell. I’m a frequent shopper used to grab my groceries there for yrs. BUT NO MORE!! Recently, they hired a Haitian male employee who’s on the floor is being CREEPPY. Aprox. 3 weeks ago, I was shopping there grabbing some garlic this male employee came trying to flirt I shut him down. He was persistent still so I quickly went away pay for my stuff leave! Then, about 2 weeks ago, I made a quick grocery trip for some lemons, while scanning the lemons in the produce section, this male employee clown had the nerve to sneak up behind my back, invading my personal space SPOKE in my ears, saying some crap about me shopping there looking for him. I stood there shocked, scanning to see the police so I can report him, but didn’t see any officer on duty. I couldn’t believe what was happening.He’s dangerous! —A little back story, first encounter with this creep was at the park near the Malden public pool-I was babysitting brought my little cousins to the park. There too, he was lurking around in the playground harassed me when I told him to leave us alone after him trying to make conversations. I’ll make the troop elsewhere to grab groceries because of people like him plaguing the city with their creepiness
Suggested solution:
Fire the guy! Simple. hiring someone who cares about the business being a genuine kind human being! He’s creating a hostile environment within the store driving customer(s) away.
