My complaint:
Just got receiving my delivery. Noticed an item was missing. Contacted them via phone. Let them know the item was missing. Was told I would be refunded. Was never refunded. After I gave them nothing but praise. Never had issues with them before.
Suggested solution:
They need to just refund the item or apologize for lying about the refund
