My complaint:

Let me start by saying that I am a loyal customer to stop and shop, i am there at least 4 times a week and my average spending for the week ia $400. For the past months there has been obviously a manager change, the store is certainly not running like it has, there are lines of us customers waiting to be checked out every time I am there. They only have 2 registers open at once and they are trying to force people to use self checkout. I have seen managers on occassion stand and watch while the lines get longer and longer and they do nothing to rectify the problem either by getting on a register or bagging. Also, the way you are selling prepackaged steaks now is horrible, we are paying top price for low quality meat. I will be trying out the new Market Basket in Warwick and also the Richmond Market and if I find that it is comparable i will be switching my shopping places.
