My complaint:
let me begin, went to Braintree store with a set plan to go in and out due to Covid , which should be eveybodys mindset . I have been shopping at the Braintree store for over 25 years. I knew about the stores reset and I figured I could get adjusted after a few visits. Keep in mind, that my objective is to go in and out with a time frame of 15 minutes . my total time in the store today was just about an hour , going from aisle to aisle at least 3 times in each aisle trying to find the items I need. The only items I found easy to find was the meat and the diet coke, yet the diet coke , I was looking for was the caffeine free , and the store only had the regular diet coke in the gray packaging. Now for the pricing, the diet coke was buy 2 , get 2 free. $8.19 a case pricing this week , previous weeks $7.19. Let me guess , the consumer is paying for the hazard pay for the employees. this is just 1 item . how many other other items were increased to cover the company greed.
