My complaint:
The new ‘organization’ of the Old Saybrook Stop Shop is appalling! Please put the store back the way it has been for years. You have ruined a small New England grocery store and turned it into a corporate store.
The new aisle organization is awful. It clearly was organized by a group of men who have no idea of the way people in small town America shop.
The naturalorganic section of the store was the best in the entire country. You have dispersed the organic food all around the store. If you knew anything about organic and natural food, the last thing we want is for the food to be dispersed throughout the store!
Suggested solution:
Please put the store back the way it was.
I will start a campaign in town encouraging all of my neighbors to boycott your store.
The change was obviously orchestrated by men who never shop snd who have never lived in small town America.
Most of us have shopped at this Stop Shop for years and know all of the longtime employees. If we wanted Big Y vibe, we would have defected to Big Y.
When Big Y opened several years ago, most of us stayed loyal to Stop Shop. We enjoy seeing the longtime employees each week. You need to start listening to your employees and customers.
After shopping at your store for 25 years, I will no longer shop at your store until it’s put back the way it was.
