My complaint:
I was in the deli department Sunday 10:10AM
There were 2 women who I’m familiar with who are always courteous.
The one male working took my order. I specifically said honey maple turkey and honey maple ham . I always repeat the order. The deli person gave me honey maple turkey and cooked ham to which I never ordered. I asked very politely to change it to honey maple ham. The deli person came back at me in a threatening manner and insisted I ordered regular ham,he gave me cooked ham never ordered that. The situation could have gotten out of hand but I kept my mouth shut because he was getting me very nervous. I should have called a manager at that point. I’m 63 with high blood pressure.
Suggested solution:
I never had an issue in the past the deli workers are always courteous.
The deli person should never engage a customer in such a belligerent ,arrogant, threatening manner. I didn't complain or accuse him of getting the order wrong he took offence when I asked to change it.
He should be made aware of his customer interactive skills
