My complaint:
Put the store back the way it has been for years. You have ruined a small New England grocery store and turned it into a corporate store.
The new aisle organization is awful. It clearly was organized by a group of men who have no idea of the way people in small town America shop.
You have given me a good business model to open my own grocery store in town. It would be the complete opposite of what you have done to ruin our town’s grocery store.
The naturalorganic section of the store was the best in all of the country.
Suggested solution:
Put the store back the way it was.
I will start a campaign in town encouraging all of my neighbors to boycott your store and to shop at Walt’s.
The change was obviously orchestrated by men who never shop snd who have never lived in small town America.
Most of us have shopped at this Stop Shop for years and know all of the longtime employees. If we wanted Big Y vibe, we would have defected to Big Y.
