My complaint:
I live in Phil, PA and I am trying to order stuff on line for my 87 y.o. old dad in Sudbury, Mass, I had a technical glitch and ended up speaking to three different people and I got disconnected. If I call back I go through it all over again only to get disconnected again? He does not have access to social media and this would be very helpful.
