My complaint:
I’ve been waiting since before Thanksgiving for a replacement rewards card. Asked the service desk about the status on 2 different occasions. Still haven’t received the new one. Also this store seems to be going downhill lately. Looks like the butcher shop is closed, shelves not restocked, etc.. Getting disappointed lately shopping here. Will give it a few more tries and if it’s not getting any better I’ll consider shopping elsewhere. It’s a shame since I’ve been a weekly customer for years.
