Stop and Shop complaint: Lack of product availability

My complaint:

I rely on on-line grocery shopping as I have no car or nearby adequate supermarket. But Stop and shop does not clearly know their stock as I have experienced ordering items that after the cut off are unavailable and then it becomes too late to cancel my order. My current otder to be delivered today is missing 13 items which are now unavailable. I would have liked to have known this before placing my order.

Suggested solution:

By indicating what is out of stock at the time of ordering or sending an email addressing this before accepting order for processing so that customer can then cancel the order.
