My complaint:

I called in 3 times regarding the Western Union Service. Long story short, on the website it was listed that the service closes at 21:00 (9 pm), and I doubled checked by calling around 20:00, and received the response that as long as I get there before 9 it’ll be fine. So I took off and arrived at around 20:30, then was told that it closes at 20:00 now magically with also quite bad an attitude, with response such as I don’t know who you spoke to on the phone even though it was very clear that those two were the only people answering the phone calls.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by making sure that the personnels not contradict themselves and the store website in regards to hours of operation, as it is extremely inconvenient to travel during COVID to the their store after a double ation only to be rejected with a detestable attitude and without any reasons at all.
