My complaint:

Recently my daughter tested positive for covid and I am not able to go to the store for groceries. I thought I was using Peapod until the end of my transaction. I was charged $154.57. My order was delivered along with the Stop and Shop receipt which reflected a $118.36 charge. I called instacart about the difference and they told me that they (instacart) charges more for some items. This is not fair because as I shopped for each item I saw the less expensive price and thought that was what I would eventually pay.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be refunded the difference minus the $7 dollar delivery tip, and please let me know if there is any way I can still shop at Stop and Shop remotely without getting into this predicament, I have shopped there for 24 years and I like your selection and quality.
