My complaint:
I worked up until January of 2021 at this store then got transferred i have almost 12 years with this company,i went into the store this evening since its close to my home and I usually shop there it was a little after 9pm when I got to the self checkout I asked one of the employee to get me a pack of cigarettes i was informed by a rude CSS they can not sell me them because customer service is closed which is nothing more then a lie since other stopandshop no matter the time they can get them i asked for a manager an Kevin Malard came down when I told him what happened he looked surprised and offered to get me them i there for refused told him i will go elsewhere and informed the manager how the CSS a week prior was insulation another employee and was talking badly about elderly people i find that offensive since i am 56 years old i will no longer do business with store 714 i do believe if the old manager Bridget was there this employee would have been written up thank you any questions feel free to call. either suspend him or take his supervisor role away
