My complaint:
At this location, it’s one line to checkout and customers are called upon to go to the next available cashier. Also at this location customers are required to bag their own groceries or pay for bags. I bring my own bags. Before I am done emptying my cart and packing all my groceries especially at the carousel lane, where space is limited, a new customer is called upon. It is very annoying when I am still packaging and not done and items are mixed up andor falling on the floor. It has happened on numerous occasions and I have complained to customer service.
Suggested solution:
You need to let each customer COMPLETE their checkout...including package everything and placing packages back in my cart before starting a new checkout.
