My complaint:

Saturday i went and did a bit of Shopping i which i Bought Organic Brown Eggs. Once I got home I noticed 3 Of the eggs were broken, I went Sunday with The 3 eggs and Asked the lady at Customer Service Which Her Name Is Larissa If i could exchange them For 3 unbroken Eggs. She asked me where The other 9 eggs were in which i said i had at home but just wanted to grab 3 Eggs. She was being Very Rude and kept on about the other 9 eggs. I went and shopped for some stuff and bought another carton of the Brown eggs and Put the 3 in the carton and asked if she can refund me the Carton of eggs now that the carton is Complete, She deliberately came and walked away from me. Another Member of management stepped in But was also being Rude. I got very upset and asked for a full refund on the stuff i had bought Sunday, He comes and starts asking me for my ID for something that was purchased 5 min ago. I know that they are not supposed to ask for an ID. I personally Feel like Larissa was being racist because i’m a Korean senior. There’s people of different races that Shop in this store and feel everyone should be treated equally! I dislike making complaint and won’t feel right about it but i’m very upset that this happened to me being that i’ve been shopping at this location for over 27 years. I will continue to shop here because i love this location. Just want everyone to be treated equally.

Members should treat every customer with respect and equally.
