My complaint:
Shopping there on 892021 in the midst of a growing pandemic. There were about 20 employees visible at the time, only two of whom were wearing masks. Counter help at meat, fish, deli, produce workers, cashiers, customer service desk, everyone was maskless while there is a sign outside encouraging customers to wear masks. There is a reason that in consumer surverys of the top 100 or more supermakets in the US, SS always rates in the bottom five. They don’t care about their customers or their employees, they can’t keep shelves stocked, they drop important food items, etc. I lived with all that but I will not tolerate disregard of health and safety.
Suggested solution:
This should have been resolved months ago. Employees should be masked even if they are vaccinated, following CDC recommendations.
