My complaint:
I went to the deli in your east Islip store. I waited my turn. The woman Cathy called my number. I said I would like a lb of Stop and shop pepperoni. She said it’s in the case! I told her it said BH pepperoni. She continued waiting on someone else! The pepperoni in the case was $11.49 a lb. The stop and shop was $7.49. She told a guy to come show me the pepperoni. While she continued to wait on the other person! Who was someone she knew. Cause while I was waiting for my number to be called she was standing there talking with her!
Suggested solution:
Let the employee know she should finish with her customer before she moves on to someone else!
