My complaint:
My doctor prescribes 90 days of Farxiga at a time. In order to apparently keep pharmacy inventory dollars down, the pharmacy only keeps a small amount of Farxiga on hand. The pharmacy always says they have to order it. A two day order delay X 4 times a year, is a weeks worth of medication lost each year. I have been a loyal customer but now will look for a new pharmacy that caters to its customers.
Suggested solution:
Keep proper amount of inventory on hand at your pharmacy - at least a 90 day supply.
