My complaint:
For the past 90 days the hand dryer in this Stop N Shop has not worked. I have made several complaints about it and it has not been addressed. So sad that a big company like Stop N Shop does not care about it’s customers. The bathroom is also almost always DIRTY!! and Smelly!! Store Location: 2425 Palmer Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801
Suggested solution:
Replace or repair the broken hand dryer, maybe be smart and put in Two so if one breaks there is still a working hand dryer. Actually do something about this. Clean the restroom on a regular more often basis.
