My complaint:
Upon arriving at Akeliah’s register she was engaged in a conversation with 2 other people I asked her 3 times if I can please enter my phone number she sucked her teeth she scanned the groceries i bagged up now she’s done scanning she standing there tapping her foot as for me to hurry I asked if cashiers stopped bagging she said yes I said really I was here last week she shook her head no again I spoke to the manager on duty and made same complaint she is rude and clearly does not know her job description

However you reprimand your employees write her up suspend her make her take a kindness training something
