My complaint:
tues nov 30 2021 7:30pm stopped multiple times from touching our groceries unmasked in our faces talking being rude and not leaving claiming registers malfunction and she has to use her card yes they do but if you press cancel help request help a few times it will work no card needed at least she thanked us for showing her that but she stood right between my wife and I while she was talking for a long time until we showed her that and asked her to ‘social distance’ she stepped back then returned yup in our faces again we asked her again to back up she asked whats wrong?we had this strange obnoxious older short hair blonde lady in our way as we reached to scan groceries watch out for her… boundaries lady respect them this is third time this lady has seen us at self checkout and whats wrong with her??
Suggested solution:
take her off payroll if not customer service classes watch the news and explain meaning of kindness and boundaries pandemic or not and possibly a therapy session or two might be helpful and to just back off the customers who want to get their food shopping done for their family without a stranger breathing all over them making rude comments
