My complaint:
I am an orthodox Jew. Last month we observed the Passover Holiday. I went into the store to get Kosher for Passover (kfp) diet Pepsi. There was none. I checked with management and was told that they weren’t doing any this year. I called Pepsi direct and they flatly denied it and said they are doing kfp. They suggested that the store put in for a special order. I went to the store and spoke with the manager and he took whatever info he needed and said he would submit. Here it is about 5 weeks later and I havent heard a word from the store. Someone should have gotten back to me. There is absolutely no reason that there shouldnt be kfp diet pepsi, especially in a predominately Jewish neighborhood

I guess they should have prepared better for the Passover holiday and should have kept in touch with me, the customer
