My complaint:
My Fiancé and I are loyal customers who shops at stop n shop almost everyday. we have been lied to about food items being restocked the next following days of when we bring it up to their attention!! We have been homeless for a bit now and for the last month stop n shop in Woburn has NOT restocked! At least the basics you know? The fruits and parfaits have been out of stock for weeks, the dairy food like chicken salad, macaroni salad, egg salad etc. hasn’t been restocked, I almost bought whole milk that had expired a whole month ago from their refrigerator. I’m just very frustrated and upset because this is a major super market and I don’t like that few days even weeks go by and they haven’t restocked on a lot of food items.
Suggested solution:
ID LIKE FOR ALL FOOD ITEMS TO BE RESTOCKED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND WE WOULD LIKE SOME TYPE OF CREDIT TO GET GROCERIES FOR THE INCONVIENCE STARVATION THIS HAS CAUSED US BECAUSE WE ARE HOMELESS AND RELIED ON STOP N SHOP IN WOBURN TO HAVE WHAT A HUMAN NEEDS TO SURVIVE IN THIS WORLD.
