My complaint:
Ct. implemented a single use PLASTIC BAG. 10 tax. Stop and Shop stopped using plastic bags, good thing, BUT the SELL for .10 c a REUSABLE paper bag which does NOT fall under this tax. Just a way to make more money on their already over priced merchandise. I’m filling a complaint on this matter with the State of CT and the CT better business bureau.
