My complaint:
The Stop Shop website is not functioning as of 642021 1:35 PM. If it is not working by Saturday 65, then how are we supposed to process our digital coupons?
Suggested solution:
If the website is not up by Saturday, then the stores should honor the digital coupons as if they are regular ones.
