My complaint:
Both machines for cans broken and front desk giving hard time taking it back. Went to front desk to have them take the cans and she stated I have to call the guy first to see if he can fix it. I was trying to tell her if they could fix it why would they put a sign saying broken. But she didn’t listen. The man for the machines went to the front and told her they are broken. Then I was told with an attitude u have to wash them. I said they are seltzer water cans. They said they still get sticky. They were not sticky, they just did not want to take them back. Even when they are working most of the time the machines won’t accept cans that are bought there. I spend a lot of money each week at this store.
Suggested solution:
Have the machines work properly and when they are not they should assist customers who shop there. I don't go around collecting cans and come there. I am a customer.
