My complaint:
I bought steaks when I opened they smelled very bad I called spoke with manager in the mean time I got sick few days after bought them with covid so I brought back to store on Oct 3rd at 750pm customer service lady so rude then she calls manager and she says no she can not take them back even though I had the receipt that was from Sept 7 but I told her I was sick could not come out with covid I don’t want cash back just want to get something different said no walked away she did not have enough respect to listen to me they are so rude at that store in lynn ma I always shopped there until now I will call corporate also never been treated so rudely I had a few receipts becasue I keep all my receipts in my car and while I was sick my daughter did shopping and kept my receipt for me in my car the customer service lady said well u have been here after this date different receipts so rude I said we’ll no it wasn’t me my daughter’s been here I keep all receipts and she left in my car they are so wise and rude how they are managers is beyond belief
